About the Role
We are looking for an experienced React / Next.js Developer to lead the front-end evolution of our core products, including Payvion and our upcoming KYC Onboard Application. You will be responsible for building a high-performance, modern UX layer that integrates seamlessly with our Laravel-based Headless APIs.
This is a high-impact role where you will transform complex financial and administrative workflows into intuitive, responsive, and secure digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with our Laravel and Python backend teams to define data structures and ensure end-to-end system integrity.
Role Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Front-End Excellence (React + Next.js):
Develop scalable UI components and screens using React and Next.js (ES6+).
Implement SSR/SSG strategies to optimize performance for our web-based applications.
Build dynamic dashboards, automated invoice generation views, and multi-step workflow forms.
Style interfaces using Tailwind CSS or Material UI to maintain brand consistency across products like Vahan Whiteway.
Laravel API Integration:
Consume Headless RESTful APIs built on Laravel.
Handle complex state management for financial data and user onboarding flows.
Implement secure authentication workflows using Sanctum, OAuth2, or JWT.
Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize API payloads and frontend rendering logic.
Security & Performance:
Ensure all interfaces are protected against common vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF) in line with OWASP standards.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, handling large datasets efficiently.
Write unit and integration tests (Jest/Cypress) to ensure codebase stability.
Required Skills
3–5 years of professional experience with React.js.
Proven track record of deploying production-ready Next.js applications.
Deep understanding of REST APIs and integrating with PHP/Laravel backends.
Expertise in state management libraries like Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query.
Mastery of modern CSS (Tailwind, Flexbox, Grid) and responsive design principles.
Strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment environments (aaPanel, Docker, or similar).
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in FinTech or SaaS (e.g., invoice systems, payment gateways).
Knowledge of Figma for translating UI designs into pixel-perfect code.
Familiarity with converting web apps into PWAs.
Exposure to Flutter (as some of our products have mobile counterparts).
