Terms of Service.
The framework of engagement governing the use of BWJ Tech solutions' proprietary platforms and elite digital services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the BWJ Tech ecosystem, including but not limited to SnapLinkr and PayVion, you agree to be bound by these legal protocols. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using our proprietary assets.
2. Intellectual Property
All source code, UI designs, AI models, and hardware blueprints are the exclusive intellectual property of BWJ Tech Solutions. Unauthorized replication, reverse engineering, or scraping of our platforms constitutes a breach of global IP protection laws.
3. User Obligations
- Users must provide accurate identity and company identifiers.
- NFC hardware must be used in accordance with the technical manuals.
- Enterprise admins must ensure their managed users comply with data privacy protocols.
- No system stress testing or vulnerability searching without explicit written authorization.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our digital ecosystems immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our technological infrastructure.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
