VoiceSpend Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the VoiceSpend mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

VoiceSpend is a personal finance and expense tracking application that enables users to:

• Record and categorise expenses via voice input, manual entry, or receipt scanning
• Set and monitor budgets
• Sync expense data across devices
• View AI-generated spending insights
• Manage subscriptions for premium features

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age (or 18 years where applicable under local law) to use the App.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@bwjts.net if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

VoiceSpend offers a free tier with limited voice entries per month and basic features as defined within the App.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Premium features are available through monthly or annual subscription plans purchased via:

• Google Play Store (Android)
• Apple App Store (iOS)

All subscription purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective store.

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You authorise the applicable store to charge the subscription fee to your payment method on file.
• Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region.

4.4 No Refund Policy

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once a subscription payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for:

• Unused portions of a subscription period
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to cancel before the renewal date
• Dissatisfaction with the App's features

Refund requests must be directed to the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) according to their own refund policies. BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited does not control store-level refund decisions.

4.5 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App or its API
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access premium features without a valid subscription
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited or its licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You retain ownership of the expense data you enter into the App.
• By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the App's services to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Google, Apple, Facebook, Microsoft — for social sign-in
• Firebase — for push notifications and crash analytics
• RevenueCat — for subscription management

Your use of these integrations is also governed by the respective third-party's terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

• VoiceSpend is a personal budgeting tool and does not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice.
• AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and may not be entirely accurate.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or financial loss arising from reliance on AI-generated expense categorisation or insights.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the App

12. Account Termination

12.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support@bwjts.net. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your data will be erased within 30 days.

12.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity
• We are required to do so by law

Termination of your account does not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees.

13. Modifications to the App and Terms

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email.
• Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
• For users in the EU: Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
