H2O Glow Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the H2O Glow mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

H2O Glow is a mobile hydration tracking application that enables users to:

• Log daily water intake and set personal hydration goals
• Receive smart reminders based on climate and activity levels
• Participate in community leaderboards and clean water metrics
• Earn virtual rewards, plant seeds, and manage digital gardens

3. Gamification, Virtual Items, and Referrals

• Virtual Items & Garden: The application offers virtual collectibles, including virtual plant seeds, custom nicknames, and digital gardens (collectively, "Virtual Items"). These Virtual Items are purely cosmetic, have no monetary or cash value, and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the application.
• Referral Program: Users may share a unique referral code to invite others to use H2O Glow. Referral rewards (e.g., Virtual Bamboo Seeds) are credited only upon the successful verification and redemption of a valid code by a new user. Self-referrals, automated code sharing, and spamming are strictly prohibited and may result in account deactivation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or revoke virtual rewards at any time without liability.
• Clean-Water Impact Metrics: Any social narrative metrics (such as "Clean Water Days Contributed") displayed in the app are symbolic calculations based on user hydration logs and virtual plant maturity milestones. They do not constitute a direct contract, legal obligation, or tax-deductible charitable donation on behalf of individual users.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age (or 18 years where applicable under local law) to use the App.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

• All design assets, code, trademarks, logos, and gamified mechanics are the exclusive property of BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited.
• You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial hydration monitoring.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• H2O Glow is a **personal wellness tracking tool** and does not constitute medical, health, or hydration advice.
• The App and all gamified metrics are provided **"as is"** without warranties of any kind.
• BWJ Tech Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any health issues, direct or indirect damages, or loss of virtual data arising from the use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
